Who Should Attend?
This course engages every member of the development team: managers, software engineers, requirements writers, user document writers, system analysts, quality assurance analysts, and testers. Classes should be composed of whole development teams (or test teams, etc.) and involved project groups, including managers - this leads to the fastest implementation and realization of benefits.
Class Size
Due to the interactive nature of the class, the case studies, individual coaching, and skill development activity, class size is limited to 24.
Course Duration
3 days are required to bring about a successful and lasting implementation. We know you are busy! But, change takes time - we will only offer an approach that will bring results! (A day or two of ineffective training is the real waste of time).
